Fees And Commission For Selling On eBay

Again, we try to make it as EZ for you as possible. There are so many fees associated with listing and selling an item on ebay it’s enough to make your head swim, but we don’t want you to have to worry about that so we include ALL the fees into our commission rates.

We also try to offer services that can accommodate any item and any sellers comfort level. There are no items that are too large or small for us to handle, we only require that each item or lot of items have an eBay value of no less than $35.00.

• $15.00 Per Item (Upfront | Refunded if item sells)

AD LISTING SERVICE

Our AD Service is perfect for items that can not be brought and stored at our warehouse, such as large items (i.e. furniture, large lots, etc), or business liquidation (i.e. equipment, fixtures, etc). Please call to set up an appointment when we can come to the item’s location to take pictures and gather information for listing.

WHEN WE PAY OUT

We pay out on the 10th of the following month on all closed sales of the previous month.

A Closed Sale means the following requirements have been met.

• Item Was Paid For
• Item Was Shipped
• Item Was NOT Returned By Buyer

All Items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. The Buyers have 10 days to inspect the item from the date the item was shipped. After 10 days All Sales Are Final. This is WHY we pay out on the 10th so that we can try to limit the number of sales we have to carry over to the next month.

If an item is paid for and shipped by the last day of the month, those sales will be processed on the 10th and commission checks sent out.

YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT

In most cases, what you see (the display data) when you log into your account to view your item status should be correct. At times you may see differences but keep in mind that there are time delays, internet delays that may keep the data from posting to the online server.

Without getting to technical there is alot of item specific data being passed between our central stations in-house, the main software servers on the internet as well as the ebay and paypal servers.

At anytime there could be internet outages, delays, server issues, etc that may limit the time in which the data is properly passed. If there is still an issue with what you are seeing let us know so that we can figure out what the problem may be.

so far, 100% of the time, the data on our in-house stations has always been correct and the display issues eventually resolve.

Also be assured that we have a series of check and balances in place where we manually verify the sale from eBay to what has been posted back to us.
