EZ Auction Drop Off - How It Works


We try to make it as EZ for you as possible.
All you have to do is bring in your items for us to sell. Once you bring in your items we will do an initial analysis of your items to determine the eBay value of them so you have an idea of what to expect.

When we have determined which items we are going to list we will enter them into our system and give you a contract with all of the items you brought in along with a pin number that you can use on our website to login and check the status of your items.

Once your items are in our system we will handle everything.

This Includes:

  • Taking Pictures Of The Items
  • Researching And Writing A Professional Description Of The Item
  • Handling All Buyer Questions
  • Packing and Shipping Of All Items
  • Processing All Payments (Pay Pal, Credit Card, etc)
  • And Of Course Sending YOU A Check!

WHEN WE PAY OUT

We pay out on the 10th of the following month on all closed sales of the previous month. A Closed Sale means the following requirements have been met.

  • Item Was Paid For
  • Item Was Shipped
  • Item Was NOT Returned By Buyer


All Items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. The Buyers have 10 days to inspect the item from the date the item was shipped. After 10 days All Sales Are Final. This is WHY we pay out on the 10th so that we can try to clear the sales of the previous month and limit the number of sales we have to carry over to the next month.

If an item is paid for and shipped by the last day of the month, those sales will be processed on the 10th and commission checks sent out. Your statement will have a breakdown of each item in an easy to read form. If you still have questions regarding your statement please feel free to contact us.

YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT

In most cases, what you see (the display data) when you log into your account to view your item status should be correct. At times you may see differences but keep in mind that there are time delays, internet delays that may keep the data from posting to the online server.

Without getting to technical there is alot of item specific data being passed between our central stations in-house, the main software servers on the internet as well as the ebay and paypal servers. At anytime there could be internet outages, delays, server issues, etc that may limit the time in which the data is properly passed. If there is still an issue with what you are seeing let us know so that we can figure out what the problem may be.

So far, 100% of the time, the data on our in-house stations has always been correct and the display issues eventually resolve. Also be assured that we have a series of check and balances in place where we manually verify the sale from eBay to what has been posted back to us.
